Then, choose this beautifully designed one-bedroom apartment for up to two guests, located in the “Parque Central Bavaria”. The uniqueness and harmony of this neighborhood, combining neoclassical and contemporary architecture, were the reasons why it won the Natural Architecture Prize in 1998. The apartment is in walking distance are some of Bogota’s most interesting places: The National Museum, the Modern Art Museum, the National Park with sport facilities and green spaces and awesome restaurants.
The functional style of this apartment includes big windows which make the apartment really bright, wooden floors and elegant decoration details. From its windows and its wonderful two terraces you will have a panoramic view of the surrounding areas and the mountain range.
Located on a second floor with elevator, the apartment covers an area of 92 square meters. The structure of the property is divided in two floors: On the first floor is the combined living/dining room, equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV. The dining table seats four people.
The kitchen, also downstairs, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a toaster, an oven, an electric stove, a microwave, a gas stove, an extractor fan, a coffee maker and a kettle. Cooking utensils are included as well.
