This studio apartment is located on the 8th floor and is accessible by elevator. The advantaged location and safe area of North Chapinero in Bogota provide a secure feeling for your holiday while in Bogota. The building is in a historical area where modern amenities are provided for the convenience of guests. Easy access to many points of interest, this neighborhood was built with a strong influence from the English and many of the buildings reflect a Victorian architectural style that uses a lot of exposed brick.
This apartment hosts up to two guests. It has a wonderful space for the living area, which is beautifully furnished with pictures, mirrors, an armchair, sofa and lovely plants. There is a satellite TV, coffee table and a writing desk. Off to one side of the living area is the dining area furnished with a dining table and chairs to make this one of the most pleasant rooms in the apartment.
The kitchen is spacious and modern and contains a toaster, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Included are all the cooking utensils needed to prepare virtually any meal you decide to make.
The master bedroom is quite nice and features a double bed and a TV with cable. There are also bedside tables and lamps, a closet/wardrobe and also contains all the bed linens and blankets needed.
The bathroom is modern and convenient with a shower and all towels are provided for the guests.
This apartment also has a washing machine and smoking is permitted. The apartment is not cannabis friendly and does not allow pets. Private parking is provided and if maid service or telephone service is required, this is extra.
The area is terrific for those who are looking for all aspects of visiting Bogota form the recreational aspect to the nightlife and shopping in this area. This neighborhood is one that is highly interesting when it comes to the cultural aspects and is going to be one of the places you will be glad you visited.
The downtown area is a mere 20 minutes from your apartment and 20 minutes from shopping such as the Andino Shopping Center. If you are a mariachi fan you will need to visit Street 55 where the area from Caracas Avenue to Carrera 13 is known as Mariachis Street. There are many mariachi groups in Bogota.
There are many areas close by where you will be staying that have supermarkets, private clubs, restaurants, bars and commercial centers as well as antique markets and stores for personal items as well as gifts. After all, you will likely want to take some souvenirs home.
Points of interest that you will not want to miss while on holiday here are the Chicó Museum and 93rd Street Park. This is a favorite spot for entertainment and there are several art galleries located in this area around 82nd Street. Our Lady of Lourdes Church is another favorite among the tourists that come to this area. Enjoying this most affluent area of the city will be one of the highlights of your trip.
